When the crown from my beautiful engagement ring broke, we searched high and low to find the best quailed jewelers to assist. We looked to the GIA website and found the family-owned and GIA certified Genna Jewelers. My husband and I met with Alex for the first time and discussed our options. I was disappointed to know my ring was unrepairable but she gave me options to redesign the ring to true its nature. She spent NUMEROUS hours designing, redesigning, modifying, and adjusting the design to my liking. After finally agreeing on the design and handing over my stone, I signed off to put all my trust and faith in Genna Jewelers. Six weeks later, Alex informed me that my ring and appraisal were ready. I walked into the store holding my breath and praying my new ring is everything I hoped for. I walked into the store and all the ladies gathered around Alex as she opened the box and pulled out the ring… my heart stopped!! It took everything to hold back the tears!! It was more beautiful than I could have imagined! The design is secure, one of a kind, and all me. Even my husband was in awe! The ring is stunning, secure, and true to the nature of its original design. Our trust in Alex and the entire Genna family was not misplaced. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from anywhere else. I’m forever grateful!

Bit of a late review, but my experience here has always been phenomenal! I got my custom engagement ring done here. They were extremely accommodating, patient, and caring. I had a few change of minds throughout the decision process, and they were happy to help each time. At the end, the ring came PERFECTLY. There's nothing I would've changed. Will recommend for anyone that's looking for a custom engagement ring. You'll be in good hands
